For the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, TOPCAR came in full force. The well-known aftermarket tuning company from Moscow, Russia, is one of the best in the automotive business. Their carbon fiber creations fill out the headlines on a regular basis and their customers flock in with praises, great impressions and a magnitude of orders. Our wheels have been an integral part of their success for years and we’ve always delivered the custom-made forged products to TOPCAR, which adhere to their advanced requirements, on a regular basis. Now, for one of the most important automotive events in the yearly calendar, the Moscow based tuner showcased two vehicles equipped with our wheels.
These Porsche 991.2 Stinger GTR Limited Carbon Edition (number 2 of the series in 3 copies) and the Porsche 991.2 Stinger GTR Edition in an exclusive gray matte finish with yellow accents headlined the lineup. Both vehicles feature a set of custom-made ADV5 M.V2 SL Series wheels. The wheels are machined in sizes of 20×8.5 in the rear and 21×11.5 in the rear. For TOPCAR, one of the staples of their Porsche Stinger builds is the Liquid Smoke finish applied to the wheels used in these projects. Both vehicles were the object of numerous fans and would-be TOPCAR customers throughout the duration of the show.
Furthermore, TOPCAR displayed the all-new Mercedes-Benz V-class INFERNO project vehicle, showcasing an aerodynamic body kit with expanded carbon-fiber details, finished off with a semi-mat paint Porsche Carbon Gray. While luxury vans are not the object of our attention, that might be a really interesting project for the future – if it ever happens, that is.
