Sure, the Corvette C8 brought on a whole new platform and for many, this is the current favorite American muscle car you can buy today. However, the powerful Chevrolet Corvette C7 Z06 is still a force to be reckoned with and for many, one of the most beautiful cars that the Detroit-based carmaker ever put out.

After rather successful six generations, Chevrolet revealed the C7 back in 2014 as the MY2015, giving American muscle car fan aficionados something to look forward to. The Corvette C7 Z06 is a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive configuration vehicle in a rather affordable high-performance chassis. The Corvette C7 Z06 is powered by a supercharged and intercooled LT4 V8 engine with Rotocast A356T6 aluminum cylinder heads and a 1.7-liter Eaton R1740 TVS Supercharger, delivering 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft (881 N⋅m) of torque.

As a result, the C7 Z06 Corvette can accelerate from 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in 3.6 seconds and achieve a top speed of 185 mph (298 km/h). Not bad for a seven-year-old girl, is it?
