Another luxury high-performance build comes from EVS Motors: it’s the much-famed Bentley Continental, wearing its V8S attire, complete with a full-on “Extended Sports Specification” kit. Naturally, with an addition of a set of ADV.1 Wheels.
While this could be considered a more pedestrian version of the Bentley GT – when compared to the GT3-R – it still packs a decent punch. Although the vehicle is powered by a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine that delivers “only” 521 horsepower and 502lb-ft of torque, the GT V8S can still kick ass; it uses an eight-speed ZF automatic gearbox that will allow you to sprint from a standstill to 62mph (100km/h) in only 4.3 seconds while shooting you out of any slow and twisty corner situation like a maniac. Add the classical design and sophistication found in every facet of this thing, and you’ve got a perfect Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in one vehicle. Simply put, the Continental GT V8S can duke it out with the best of them, while taking your significant other to dinner later that day in sheer comfort & class.
EVS Motors recognized this dual usage of the vehicle and decided to give it an upgrade in what seemingly is the only lacking area of the vehicle: the wheels. While Bentley outdid themselves with pretty much every aspect of the newer Continental GT’s, the wheels are always the only problematic area for a lot of owners. For a vehicle that exerts such high-performance and class, costing well over $250,000 per pop, nothing short of excellence is expected in the wheel department. Hence, a set of our recently-revealed Advanced Series wheels fit the bill perfectly.
EVS Motors chose to go with a set of ADV510 Track Spec Advanced Series wheels for their shop car. Sized 22×10 in the front and 22×11 in the rear, they fill those huge wheel arches to the brink. The resulting flush fitment is what many owners desire for their cars, thus providing an excellent real-life showcase for EVS’ customers worldwide.
Combining the classy effect of the vehicle with wheels is done thanks to a Brushed Aluminum with Gloss Clear finish for the wheel front and a Polished Aluminum with Gloss Clear for the wheel lips. Add the 50/50 Exposed Titanium Hardware option – resulting in an intricate detailed look and lowered wheel weight – and you might just have the perfect Continental GT V8S wheel setup ever created.
