With things going the way they are with European sports cars using smaller displacement motors and turbo chargers to compensate, it’s really looking like a good time to make the switch over to some good ol’ American Muscle. And nothing say F.U. more to environment or your neighbors at six in the morning than a beefy 6.2-liter supercharged V8. The guys over at R1 Motorsport in Southern California took a short break from tuning BMW’s and took on this Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Project. Sweet and wrapped up like candy, the Vette now sports a matte silver vinyl finish. Because alarm clocks are unreliable and nothings more reliable than a LS Motor, they installed some Kook’s Headers to make sure the whole neighborhood wouldn’t over sleep and be late to work. #BestNeighborssinceMrRogers. After lowering the C7 the guys thought why not complement the 6.2-liter with some ADV6.2 Wheels. They decide to go with our lightweight forged M.V1 (Monoblock) Competition Series configuration to give it a concave and aggressive look. They wheels also feature optional gloss red ADV.1 Logos to match their calipers.
