This engine is powering all four wheels through the well-known Quattro all-wheel drive system, affording the RS7 with some breathtaking performance. The performance numbers are simply impressive: it can sprint from 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in just 3.7 seconds. When Audi tested the RS7 on the track, it managed to achieved a top speed of 174mph (280km/h).
